A hearty laugh sweeps through the room, and whatever heavy thoughts you were just dwelling on disappears.
Sabine is there and immediately takes you away. To a place where you feel you can simply be yourself, in a way that others might not expect of you. She forgives you a lot.

Just be whoever you like.


What I'm trying to say is: Sabine is a Swallow who brings an incredible amount of support to my team and has been flying for six years. A big WOW! at this point.
When I think of you, I see such a radiant person in front of me, and I can tell you that this radiance comes from within.

There must be a power plant there!

I'm sure! 1000%!

And if she does complain, she recapitulates exactly what happened, reports on the events, and her sentence ends as follows:

'AHHHH, that annoyed me so much!!!'
She emphasizes the 'AHHH' sound in a very special way. Only she can do that!
And sometimes there's an additional variation like: ... terrible ...

But between you and me, that sounds like both a declaration of love and a motivation. She's simply not the type of person for arguments, resentment, or anger.
I think that's also her strength as a person, and one of the reasons why I value her so much. She's grounded in reality and knows what we're all talking about. She doesn't mince words, has a clear opinion, and always ends things with a positive attitude.

Sabine loves a wide range of colors, especially petrol blue and patterns. Unusual styles. A mix of retro, Nordic simplicity, and playful mysticism. (I'm extremely proud of myself for being able to describe you like that.)
All of this perfectly reflects a sweet, dark soul that occasionally peeks through. She sews a wide variety of garments, and the intersection between vintage and casual styles is very well balanced.
I think if we sent her on holiday for 4 weeks, she would come back wearing an opulent steampunk vampire renaissance dress.

What do we read in my words?

There must be plenty of time under her Christmas tree.
And if I were to give it as a gift, she would be one of the first people I would give it to, and I would revel in her amazing dress.

A holiday with Sam for the Schwalbe meeting - undoubtedly the most beautiful meeting.

Dear Sabine,

The day only has 24 hours, and you fly through it, solving other people's problems, motivating with laughter, tirelessly organizing, and managing to be not only a devoted wife to your family but also a truly beloved anchor for me. I am incredibly grateful that you can work magic. That amidst all the hustle and bustle, you manage to offer constructive criticism of my designs, to have an open ear for me and others, to lovingly smile past my quirks, and that after so many years you still enjoy walking this path with me and the ladies.

But the best thing is that you're multifaceted and full of surprises, you have excellent taste in music – and we both know how important that is – and you've provided calm waters in many situations. Thank you for that.
So, all in all, I only partially agree with you about the nickname 'Mommy', because I'm waiting for you much more. (But I love Mommy a lot too!)
