We are looking for ladies or gentlemen with solid sewing skills and the courage to take on new challenges. It is important to us that you have a genuine passion for craftsmanship and appreciate our hand-constructed patterns, which will continue to be clearly rooted in the 1950s, but will also incorporate an additional Scandinavian touch.

We would appreciate it if you were able to discuss and constructively evaluate changes. It is especially important to us that you enjoy the sewing process and approach design sewing with a positive attitude.

For a successful collaboration, we need good, well-balanced photos of your sewing projects. The photos should clearly showcase our fashion and have minimal background clutter, while still allowing your individual style to shine through. This is what truly brings our ideas to life.

We don't care whether you have many likes on social media or run a blog. What's important to us is that we can rely on each other and that you enjoy sewing with the pattern.

We are looking for applicants who are reliable and loyal to our business. It is very important to us that ideas and designs are treated with 100% discretion and not shared through other channels. We stand for fairness and transparency and expect a respectful tone to be maintained as a matter of course.

To facilitate the design sewing process, we use Discord, which allows us to share text and voice messages. Using Discord is very helpful for effective communication, but not essential. Alternatively, we can also correspond via email, and Google Drive is always available for data exchange.

For design sewing, a signed and GDPR-compliant design sewing contract is required. This contract stipulates that we may use the participants' photos for our advertising and on relevant platforms.

Furthermore, it's important to us that everyone on the team has direct access to us. We are always available and value open communication within the team.

Our design sewing is still personally managed by the founder and offers not only know-how, but also a touch of love.
