Loyalty and reliability are very important to me, because I reciprocate in exactly the same way. Not every project has to be yours, but I need genuine commitments and honesty for a successful team.

I want to be safe and know for sure that I can trust everyone. That means I expect 100% discretion and would appreciate an honest word if I have any concerns. Neither pictures nor ideas should be shared through other channels or groups. Fairness is simply the best way to put it.

Of course, life with family and job always comes first, and I will always be there to listen to you.

Sewing skills and the courage to try new things, a passion for genuine craftsmanship, and an enthusiasm for my patterns, which, with the new #51Nord line, are inspired by Iceland while still firmly rooted in the 1950s. You should be able to think proactively and document changes clearly for feedback. But above all, I need women who simply have a blast doing what they do, have a deep connection with their sewing machine, and consider their iron a true friend.
The sewing level for most of my patterns would be #advanced, however, a harmonious swallow is more important to me and the team than a perfect seam.

Good, well-balanced photos that you provide. I need photos of you with your face and without much background, but I always want your style to shine through. I don't care if you have likes or anything like that, or if you run a blog or anything similar. What's important to me is that I can rely on you, that you fit in, and that you feel comfortable.

We use Facebook for #togetherness, and a virtual get-together is planned for you. With video ;)

In the future, we may communicate via Discord to have more options and to better oversee the test sewing teams.
