The fabric requirements for the dress are shown in the preview on this page and are quite generous due to the skirt. For the blouse, approximately 2 meters are needed, ranging from 1.20 meters for sizes 32 to 58. The main factor here is the belt, and I recommend using a coordinating fabric from your stash for it (at least for the lining), if possible.
Simply mix and match to create a highlight!
